I was born and raised in New York and have settled in Nashville for over 25 years. I'm a huge sports fan, particularly when it comes to hockey. I am married with three grown children and two grandchildren. I also enjoy my dogs and cats (usually).
Being a retired police officer and over 50, I understand the hurdles of balancing family and career over time. Aging does not have to mean being out of shape and gaining fat. Together, we can slow and reverse the aging process - you can actually gain muscle and lose fat at any age - in a reasonable amount of time. I have been a fireman, EMT, Coast Guard reservist, and policeman for over 27 years, which means I have made a career out of helping people. This profession gives me the opportunity to put this passion to work in a rewarding way - helping people reshape their bodies, regain confidence and feel better!
When it comes to fitness, I want to make personal training truly personal by listening to and understanding my client's needs, likes, and dislikes. I am a Tactical Strength and Conditioning coach for first responders (military, fire/EMS, police, corrections, etc.), Certified Special Populations Specialist, TRX Suspension Trainer certified, Cycling Instructor, Kickboxing and a Metabolic Conditioning Coach.
